Hey! I'm Tash.

I am a family and children's lifestyle photographer living in Mount Hope, Hamilton, Ontario.

I am an artist, a wife and a mama of two.  I have been behind a camera since I was a kid and have never imagined myself in any other role.

Going into business as a photographer has been a gradual process for me because I have always put the focus more on my family than a "career" and even while in school I never really figured out what type of photographer I was supposed to be, but I knew it was what I was called to do.  I looked a bit into documentary photography and kids fashion but neither felt perfectly my style... but after my son and daughter were born I realized suddenly what I was most passionate about capturing.  This is why I now call myself a lifestyle documentary photographer.

I love the way children see the magic and joy in the world, the real wild raw stuff and the fantasy like worlds their imaginations create. I love adventure and discovery, emotion, the feeling of nostalgia...

I am a seer and a visual storyteller.  There is nothing more exciting to me than being able to capture moments from your family's adventures and create images you will be able to look back on together and love!  I use natural light (although studio lighting is available on request - I am changing my style so some images in my portfolio may display studio lighting) and take a more candid approach so the end result will be something real and beautiful.  I look forward to being able to tell your story!!

I am a graduate of the Applied Photography program at Sheridan Institute of Technology & Advanced Learning in Oakville, Ontario, Canada (2012). I have also received diplomas in Art Fundamentals from Sheridan (2012), Theology, Ministry & Missions Studies from King's Bible College & Training Centre in Oxford, U.K. (2007) and completed a Discipleship Training School with Youth With A Mission, Montreal, Quebec (2008).
